We are very excited to work with YourCo on this program. This is financial protection that should have been offered to the American people long ago.

This program will provide peace of mind to many car buyers and protection if their vehicle is totaled.

Whether we make $30 or $300 per policy attachment, this will be one of the easiest products we've ever sold!

It just makes sense!

This kind of coverage is not available in the marketplace today...

The closest comparable existing product is the kind of coverage they characterize as 'true replacement' coverage, but it tends to be very expensive, confusing, and only available on new vehicles.

INVESTING DOCUMENTS

If you were invited to this event but are unable to attend, you are still welcome to invest in YourCo anytime on or before the 20th.

IMPORTANT
NOTICE :

WHAT WE'VE ACHIEVED SO FAR

YourCo’s valuation is grounded in real-world data and conservative assumptions — even before a single policy has been sold.

One of our dealer partners operates 11 showrooms, with a combined annual sales volume of 9,987 units — averaging 908 sales per store. Of those sales, 61% (554 vehicles per store) included a down payment.

To project our revenue potential, we applied a conservative 50% attachment rate to only the sales involving down payments. We then calculated revenue using our plan pricing and scaled that profit per dealer across our target of 600 dealer partners.
